2 per country  (575 EURO <2000km /760 EURO >2000km)

September 13th

9h  – Partner schools welcoming

9.30 – Institutions presentations and Kavala school facilities visit

10. 30h. Coffee break

10.45 h. 17 Topics development. Analysis (and adjustment) of the final structure and project aims.

12.30 h. Redefinition of outputs in accordance to the completed online training course on MTO.

13.30 h. Lunch

15.00 h. Team member coordination. Selection of target students.

15.30 h. Re-adjustment of activities schedule.

16:30 h. Disssemination activities.

17.15 h. Risk management plan (1) connected to outputs (2) connected with third parties collaboration (3) partners management.

September 14th

9 h – Topics resources and project sustainability evaluation

10.30 – Coffee break

10.45 h– MTO. First training activity

13.30 h Lunch

15.30 h Visit: companies partner focused on apprentices training (focus on written contracts models, learning outcomes, pedagogical support, social protection, remuneration, safe and health conditions)

20:00h. Social partners dinner

September 15th

9 h. Visit: company to deal with quality training and follow-up of apprentices progress, flexible training paths, official regulations, social authorities collaboration.

12:00 h  17 topics development content and technical adjustment. MTO use clarifications
